Lifetime Free Service Warranty

We’re committed to ensuring your appliance runs smoothly for years to come. Every product from Xpert Kitchen Appliances is backed by a 6-Year Parts Warranty and a Lifetime Free Service Warranty.

Duration of Warranty Coverage:

  • 6-Year Parts Warranty: The warranty begins from the purchase date mentioned on your receipt and warranty card. During this period, customers are entitled to free parts replacement with no additional cost.

     

  • Lifetime Free Service Warranty: Customers will receive free repair services for the lifetime of the appliance. Pick-and-drop service is free for the first 3 months from the purchase date. After 3 months, customers will be responsible for pick-and-drop and transportation charges.

    Eligibility
  • This warranty is valid only for customers who present a valid purchase receipt and warranty card at the time of claim.

     

Terms and Conditions

Negligence, mishandling, or misuse of the appliance
The warranty covers free part replacement for 6 years and lifetime repair service.

The warranty will be void in the following cases:

  • Unauthorized repair or tampering.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Failure to follow. Xpert Kitchen Appliances instructions.
  • Use under unsuitable physical, electrical, or operational conditions.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to a third party.After 3 months, transportation and pick-and-drop charges must be paid by the customer.
  • If transportation charges are not paid, Xpert Kitchen Appliances reserves the right to refuse repair or replacement.
  • The product owner must ensure technicians have direct access to the appliance for service.
