Refund and Exchange Policies for Xpert Kitchen Appliances

At Xpert, we are committed to providing you with high-quality kitchen appliances that meet your needs and expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within the following terms and conditions:

Return and Exchange Period

You may return or exchange any appliance in new and unused condition within 15 days from the date of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price or a replacement product of equal or lesser value.

Product exchanges are only possible if the receipt does not match the product received.

To exchange the appliances, you have to contact the dealer from whom you bought them and that dealer will contact Xpert accordingly.

Limitations:

If the appliance is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days to report the issue and request a repair, replacement, or refund.

Xpert is not responsible for any service costs due to the following reasons below. The cost of labour and parts for the intervention may be charged to the customer:

  •  Faults due to customer misuse and/or improper use and/or not respecting that stated in the user manual accompanying the product at the time of sale, or due to lightning or other weather phenomena, over/under voltage, Voltage fluctuations, and over current or insufficient or irregular electric power supply, Load shedding, inadequate ventilation, incorrect use or non-compliance with the technical and/or safety requirements in Pakistan. Xpert will not be responsible to compensate any damage caused by such products.
  •  Faults caused by operations or modifications to the product carried out by an unauthorized person and compensation for any damage caused by such products.
  • Fault or loss from work to be done with ladders, trucks, scaffolding or other lifting systems or equipment.
  •  Product is checked / repaired or any part replaced through any unauthorized person or unauthorized service center. 
  • Accidental damage or damage resulting from loss, improper user, or non-use of the product, damage caused by loss of information, stored by the customer in any form, or for loss of food due to failure of the refrigeration system.
  • Failure to follow the Xpert Service Engineer advice to the customer on how to operate and maintain the product (instructions are also found in user manual supplied along with each product).

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Appliances

Appliances that have been installed, used, altered, or repaired by a third party are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the product was defective or damaged when delivered or as permitted by the product’s warranty.
Appliances that have been damaged or rendered unusable by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, improper installation, storage, or maintenance are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the product was defective or damaged when delivered or as permitted by the product’s warranty.

Restocking Fee and Discretionary Returned

Appliances that are returned or exchanged after the 15-day window or without proof of purchase are subject to a 15% restocking fee and may be denied a refund or exchange at our sole discretion.
